These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Turetta Design website, our shop, and our design services, all operated by Turetta Design LTDA. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Use of the website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its operation, or access it in any way that could damage or overburden it.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and layouts — is the property of Turetta Design LTDA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without our written permission. Ownership and licensing of work produced under a client engagement are defined in the individual project agreement.

Shop purchases

• Products: we describe our goods as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice, though changes do not affect orders already placed.
• Digital goods are licensed for your use as described on the product; they may not be resold or redistributed as-is.
• Printed goods are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.
• Orders are confirmed by email. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Design services

Custom design engagements are governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, revisions, and delivery. In the event of any conflict, that agreement takes precedence over these general terms for the work it covers.

This website is provided "as is." While we work to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties as to its completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Turetta Design LTDA is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of the company's registration. Any disputes will be handled in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
