FAQ

Questions,
answered.

The things people usually ask before working with us or ordering from the shop. If yours isn't here, just write to us.

What kind of projects do you take on?
We work on brand identity, product and interface design, web and storefront design, print and packaging, and art direction. Engagements range from a full brand build for a new venture to a focused product design sprint or a single piece of packaging.
How long does a project take?
A full brand build typically runs about eight weeks end to end. Smaller pieces move faster; larger product systems take longer. We agree the schedule with you before starting and hold to it.
How do you price your work?
Project work is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope, so there are no surprises. We also offer monthly retainers for teams that need ongoing design. Ready-made studio goods are priced individually in the shop. We always share the number before you commit.
Who actually does the work?
Senior designers and directors, from the first call to final delivery. We keep the studio small on purpose so the people who pitch your project are the ones who make it — no hand-offs to juniors you never meet.
How many revisions are included?
Our process is built to reduce endless rounds by aligning on direction early. Each phase includes structured review points with room for feedback and refinement; the exact number of revision rounds is written into your project agreement so expectations are clear from the start.
What do I receive at the end?
Organized, clearly named source files, exported assets in the formats you need, and a guidelines document. For brand and product work we also run a live handover session so your team can use the system confidently.
Do you work with clients outside your country?
Yes. We work with clients internationally and run projects remotely over scheduled calls and shared reviews. Studio goods in the shop are priced in US dollars and available worldwide.
What's the difference between the shop and a project?
The shop offers ready-made design goods — templates, kits, and prints — you can buy and use immediately, no brief required. A project is custom work designed from scratch for your specific brand or product.
How are shop orders delivered?
Digital goods are delivered as a download link after purchase. Printed goods ship worldwide; delivery times vary by destination. Details are shown on each product and confirmed by email after you order.
How do we get started?
Send us a note through the contact page describing what you're building. We'll set up an intro call, and if we're the right fit we'll follow up with a written proposal and scope.
